Want to be in control, then you can set the pace. You don’t have to join a club or a team, but you might want some support to get yourself going. We can put you in touch with professionals and volunteers who can help you get off the starting blocks.
Joining in can be fun!
How about a team sport or group fitness class? There’s plenty on offer from joining a ‘Back to Netball’ session to going along to a local leisure centre and taking part with women and girls just like you.
You don’t have to be fit or fashionable to take part! Getting active is a very personal thing. We’re all motivated by different things. For some its getting into that little black dress, for others its about how you feel or helping you’re family stay healthy. However, many of us never take the plunge because we’re afraid that we’re not fit enough or won’t fit in.
